Warehouse Lease

Parker Commercial Storage and Distribution, Inc. takes pride in the ability of their staff and employees who diligently operate and handle ninety-five percent of the daily product that transfers in and out of this facility. Parker also maintains flexibility by providing leased warehouse space that permits customers to handle their own product. Warehouse leasing is divided into small commercial spaces having a minimum of 6,000 square feet up to large requirements in excess of 200,000 square feet

Modifications and Build to Suit 

We realize many customers have special building requirements and needs; therefore, we are flexible in negotiating building modifications or build to suit to satisfy our customers' requirements.

Land Lease

Land leases are available from one half acre to 15 acres with easy ingress and egress to Seventh Street and Wathan Lane.
